Integra Brings “Insight” Into Seed Technology

“First comes research to help determine the best traits and genetics for each area,” said Gary Olson, Corn Research Product Manager for Integra Fortified Seed. “Then we conduct demonstrations to clearly show how each of the traits and genetics perform in the field, and showcase the value of the Manifest Treatment System and other Wilbur-Ellis products. During the in-field training we evaluate how local environmental conditions affect genetics, plus train our sales staff and agronomists on the best genetics for each specific area. Finally, data analysis measures and tests the impact of nutrition on performance and yield for each hybrid.” These four phases are being implemented at each of the seven Insight Research and Demo Plots across the U.S.
